Terms of Service

These Terms apply to GulmoharNJ.com and to every ticket sold through it by Gulmohar Entertainment (“Gulmohar”, “we”, “us”), a New Jersey event producer.

Buying a Ticket Means You Accept These Terms

When you complete a ticket purchase you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, under which all sales are final and no refunds are issued. You are told this at checkout before you pay. If you do not accept them, do not buy a ticket. If you are buying for other people, you accept these Terms on their behalf and it is your responsibility to pass them on.

What a Ticket Gives You

A ticket is a limited, revocable licence to attend one event, on the day or days it names, for one person. It is not property and gives you no rights in the event itself. Each ticket carries a unique code that admits one person once; a code that has already been used will be refused, so take care who you share it with.

Tickets are issued to the person who buys them and are not transferable or resellable. We may refuse entry to, or void, any ticket we reasonably believe has been passed on, resold, or offered through a resale platform.

Prices and Payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never see or store your card number. Your order is only confirmed when payment clears and we email your tickets. If a ticket is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full rather than honour the error.

Discount codes and bulk pricing are applied at checkout, cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be applied to an order after it is placed.

Entry, Age and Conduct

• Bring your QR code, on your phone or printed. Doors, start times and last entry are stated on the event page.
• Some events are 18+ or 21+ where alcohol is served. Valid photo ID is required and it is your responsibility to check the age policy before buying — no refund is given if you are refused entry on age grounds.
• The venue's own rules apply, including searches, dress code, and its policy on outside food, drink and recording equipment.
• We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is abusive, intoxicated, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms. No refund is due.

Changes to an Event

Line-ups, performers, timings and running order may change. We may move an event to a different date or venue. Your ticket stays valid and no refund is due. If we cancel an event outright, the Refund Policy explains what you get back.

Photography and Filming

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that your image and likeness may appear in photographs and video recorded at the event, and that we may use them to promote Gulmohar Entertainment and future events, without payment. If you would prefer not to appear, speak to our staff at the event.

Your Account

You can buy as a guest or sign in with Google to see your orders under My Tickets. Keep your account secure; anyone who can access it can see your tickets. Don't attempt to break, probe or overload this site, or buy tickets through automated means.

Your Safety and Our Liability

Live events involve loud music, lighting effects, crowds and dancing. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an event or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the tickets in question, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as travel or accommodation costs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published here when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase, so the “last updated” date above matters.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
